Returns & Exchanges
All sales on shipped orders are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items sent by mail. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
In-store purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To exchange, bring your original receipt and the item in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item costs less than the original purchase, store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Damaged or incorrect shipments If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We’ll help make it right.
