All live product sales (flowers) are FINAL. Product returns are only acceptable if the item purchased was damaged before you purchased. This means if the item has been previously chipped, cracked or broken before being bought, you are entitled to an exchange or store credit. If the item has been damaged outside of the store, you may not exchange it or receive credit.

Pickup is only available during store hours.

Proposals have an expiration date. I will remind potential customers when I send the proposal out through email. The expiration date will insure that we honor our quote by holding your date for you in the time limit provided. Once the expiration date passes however, we may accept another customer for that date.
